When I arrived, the service rep I made the appointment with was busy, but another stepped in to check me in and I was able to leave for home. Everything was so clean. Service was immediate, friendly and courteous. My car was ready in about 20 minutes and the service man threw in a free car wash for me. My car was in the shop on March 7th. I was told initially that it would be completed by April 15th. My car was completed June 2nd. It was in the shop for just shy of 3 months. Mind you, from April 15th on, I was essentially told it would be completed "next week" every week. Of course, when it was clear that it wouldn't be finished by that time, it wasn't that someone took the initiative and informed me about it. I always had to call to get updates on the status of my car. One of the reasons that it was delayed so long is they kept finding issues with the car, would have to wait for parts, then would find another issue with the car. It was clear that significant damages were overlooked in the initial inspection and even as work was being done on the car. 3 months. One of the worst customer experiences I have ever had in my life. Incidentally, about ten years ago we bought my 2004 Chevrolet Traiblazer LT from this dealership when it was Braeger. I bought it with around 60,000 miles and now have around 172,500 miles on it. I find this dealership to be excellent and very customer service oriented which is why I choose them over any other. More
