What I REALLY liked was while I was waiting, I went into the showroom to look at some new vehicles AND I wasn't pestered by not 1 sales person. Usually when you walk into a dealership, sales people are ready to attack. It was a nice experience to not get followed around. Lake Chevrolet is a warm and inviting place. I hope this continues when I'm ready to purchase a New or Used vehicle. More

Steve Thomas is the best. My father was never trusting of dealers, he was a life long mechanic. This dealer and Steven Thomas has changed all of that for me. First, Scott found me my perfect certified used vehicle. Then, I have always seen Steve and made my appointments thru him. He was moved from the first desk, which I am not happy about but no problem finding him. Any issues with my vehicle, I will come here. This is not the only place I could have regular maintenance done but the cost is about the same and I like seeing my favorite faces. Remarking on a Traverse Owner review, I am a female who keeps a record of everything and anything that I do or have done to my vehicle. Maybe being a "mechanics kid" has something to do with that but I highly recommend this practice. More
