Glen is the best Great experience with Glen Lewis. Have been back 3 times and he is fair, honest and doesn’t mess around. Had to completely redo corroded brake lines o Great experience with Glen Lewis. Have been back 3 times and he is fair, honest and doesn’t mess around. Had to completely redo corroded brake lines on my 2004 Suburban, very big project and Glen came in below his quote by several hundred dollars. I will be back with all my needs and will hopefully keep my truck running way beyond 200k. More

That's the sign of good service, when their not hiding unknown things from you. I have a good feeling with this dealership. More

Where they could really improve is making sure that the service associates are informed on the promotions they are advertising. Only one out of the four associates new about the promotion I asked about and how to enter the transaction. So they definitely weren’t going to know to tell me about that promotion ( or any other deal). It definitely was something that saved me money but I had to work to get it. I made the associate figure it out. But they were happy to do and was a good sport about it. More

Several visits same issue. My truck needed the air bag sensor serviced. The vehicle was looked at by another mechanic Several times and the issue was never fixed. Finally the air bag issue was resolved with superior customer service thanks to John Webler coordinating the process. I will only work with John when my vehicles need future service. More
