We appreciate the opportunity to address our customers concerns to help alleviate any future issues that might arise, and we want to first, apologize that you feel your time nor your money was valued with us, as a standard practice to provide optimal results for our customers we use OEM parts from GM. The prices we provide are those based off of the GM parts pricing list, however, it is true that often times there are possibilities for aftermarket parts to be replaced at a lower price point which is likely where another cost could have come from, but that is not a standard practice for us as a GM dealer. If that is ever something you would like to discuss, we are happy to share with you the options, and discuss positives and negatives of each as a replacement. To address your remaining concern, additional visits to resolve your vehicle's issues, often times with electronics we see a cause and effect. if one issue arises, it can result in another complication. We do apologize that this may have been an issue for you, and we hope that in the future, we are able to earn your business back to show you that we do value our customers time with us.
