Losing confidence in your service technicians I have had my vehicle in 3 times in the last 9 weeks. Each time I’ve brought it in I’ve had to come back 3 weeks later with a new problem. I’m beginning to question the technicians you employ and their ability to Fix vehicles correctly. Are they doing the check points they say they are doing? I’m honestly not sure. This last time my car was in I was told 2 of my spark plugs were bad and the car needed a computer update. Were the spark plugs not bad 6 and 9 weeks ago? There was also a service bulletin to update software. Was that not available 6 and 9 weeks ago? The work order states spark plus 2 and 4 were replaced...I was charged for a total of 4. All 4 spark plugs should have been replaced. If 2 were bad I’m assuming the other 2 will be bad soon. I asked to use a $10 off coupon that I received in the mail from you. It was not applied. John Webler was not available when I picked up my car...your dealership was without power so another person took my credit card info and allowed me to take my car home. My car was completely covered with many inches of heavy wet snow. This isn’t how John would have delivered my car back to me. Trust is huge in the service industry...I hope you can earn mine back. More

honest and friendly Glen Lewis took real good care of me. My car needed some parts to be ordered so I had to leave the car there overnight. Didn't address problem Had trouble with heated seat. Fixed 1 problem forced to return to address the main issue. Each visit cost me $100 and then I was told it would cost me $500 to fix the problem. $250 for an $80 part, come on! It's this kind of service that turns people away. At least it did for me. I'll be getting work done elsewhere and save myself a lot of my pension $$$. More
mixed feelings my review... well I have no problem with the services and price (I didn't have to pay anything) however, the problem... my 2019 Trax was worked on fo my review... well I have no problem with the services and price (I didn't have to pay anything) however, the problem... my 2019 Trax was worked on for a 'recall' part. not my choice, but a recall. I then also requested an oil change. all good. (just waited a little longer then I would have liked, no big deal) I drove the car a little while after the work was done. went home, parked it. my son, then used it at night to run to the gas station, IT BROKE! I needed it towed back to Chevy and my son needed a ride home. He thought the 'axel' broke! I'm sure this had everything to do with the work that was done earlier in the day!! I talked to Steve in the morning.. he took care of it and me right away! no complaints with Steve. however, he claims he 'has no idea' how the 'clip' holding the axel to the transmission broke. really? this is a 2019 car. I'm sure this was not a coincidence. yes, it was taken care of, but also very inconvenient for me and my son. More
