Very bad service My airbag light was on so I went to this location to have my car serviced,, after 2 hours, the service guy came to me and said we fixed part of the pr My airbag light was on so I went to this location to have my car serviced,, after 2 hours, the service guy came to me and said we fixed part of the problem we reprogrammed the SDM module and you need two new front impact sensor they charged me $100, so I bought 2 sensors from them for $400, and went back to the after 2 hours , the service guy told you have wrong SDM ( what reprogramming the did last time for $100) and they charged me another $100 ( I’ve spend $600 for nothing and till now my airbag light is on, I would not recommend their service at all, they just want to charge you , and I was elaborating with him he said I let 2 service technicians working on your car, if the intended service not completed there should be no charge. More

I was sitting right there while the mechanic was being very rude and disrespectful about asking to screw the hanging rail that was not properly done. More

Too slow. I had an appointment (simple oil change) scheduled for 10:30 am, which I was 5 minutes early for. We live in New Berlin but the extra miles to Braeger for all of the service work that has been done on the car for the past 11 years has been worth the trip. More
I think I got a screwed Last January I had four tires brakes and rotors installed on my 2011 Chevy Avalanche 3 days after getting it from the shop my right front bearing sudd Last January I had four tires brakes and rotors installed on my 2011 Chevy Avalanche 3 days after getting it from the shop my right front bearing suddenly went out the truck had to be towed and it cost me $1,400 to get two new front bearings that was the first incident that made me suspicious of what happens at that dealership in August I had more work done on my truck specifically a new Dash put in I didn't even get three blocks from the dealership and noticed that the left side of my dashboard was blowing hot air and the right side of my dashboard was blowing cold air when I took the truck back I was told that a baffle had malfunctioned and needed to be replaced which I thought was odd because it worked perfectly fine before the installation of the new Dash however I was supposed to pay another $300 for this the bottom line is I have grown suspicious of the mechanics at braeger I find it odd that the more I fix on my truck the more items have to be fixed I don't mind spending money but I don't want to pay for some mechanics learning curve so I will not be returning to braeger More
Free shuttle service worth the time? Through the online scheduler the service department asks if you need a ride, but doesn’t have a great way to actually schedule it. I waited an hour and a half for the one shuttle driver they share with the Ford dealer. I arrived late to work and was never asked if I’d need a ride back. The rest of the experience was great, but not sure I’d go again without arranging my own ride. More
