Service, transmission replacement I had the unfortunate experience of my transmission failing with my Chevy Malibu. He provided a clear and consise summary of events and made me feel like things were going to be taken care of by him and his service technician staff. Service was just ok. Had front brakes and oil change performed. It didn't need rotors but service rep said nothing would be guaranteed unless they put new rotors on.
