I was at Braeger to get a "recall" fix on my Pontiac, The service dept gave me an estimate of an hour to hour and a half to do the work. This gave me time to look at their trucks in stock. I had an appointment for my first service (an oil and filter change) and got to the dealer about 5 to 10 minutes early. He took the information and showed me where the customer waiting room was and told me I would be called when the car was ready. The room was pleasant, attractive, and comfortable. I sat down, made myself comfortable, and prepared for the long wait I was accustomed to at other service centers. Less than 30 minutes went by and my name was called. The car was ready and so was the paper work. I was told that first oil change was free. The entire experience was very satisfactory and I was on my way home less than an hour after I arrived. R.F.
