I got great service from Scott. He was friendly, on time and made sure that I was pleased with my experience. I had work done under the Braeger Extended Warrarnty and it was done in a timely manner and I g and made sure that I was pleased with my experience. I had an appointment for my first service (an oil and filter change) and got to the dealer about 5 to 10 minutes early. I was promptly directed into the service area and gave my information to the servi filter change) and got to the dealer about 5 to 10 minutes early. I was promptly directed into the service area and gave my information to the service advisor. He took the information and showed me where the customer waiting room was and told me I would be called when the car was ready. The room was pleasant, attractive, and comfortable. I sat down, made myself comfortable, and prepared for the long wait I was accustomed to at other service centers. Less than 30 minutes went by and my name was called. The car was ready and so was the paper work. I was told that first oil change was free. The entire experience was very satisfactory and I was on my way home less than an hour after I arrived. R.F. Why I like about Braeger Service is that we are always treated as if our car (and us) is the most important vehicle in the shop. Even when extremely busy, Roman always finds the time to be friendly. We are reassured upfront that the service team will do their best to determine any need for repairs and will make those repairs in a timely manner. I have been getting my vehicles services at Braeger for four years now and every experience has been positive. I like the fact that I'm expected and remembered. Service staff has always been helpful and no four years now and every experience has been positive. I like the fact that I'm expected and remembered. Service staff has always been helpful and not too pushy. My only complaint is there is no wi-fi available in the waiting area. Other than that; Braeger has great customer service in their service department. More
