I came in with a issue with my traction control system in a used BMW I purchased from you guys. The warranty I have allowed a $50 deductible if I came to you guys to get it fixed. The shop didn't have the correct scanner so Craig allowed me to bring it in and he would out source it so I would still only have to pay the $50 deductible. It turned out that there was actually nothing wrong with the traction control system at all. I was just not using it correctly. Craig took the time to look up the traction control system and properly educate me on how to use it. He was very professional through out this whole process and never once got upset with me. Not only that he didn't charge me for the time or the rental that was used in the process of this event, and I got my car back in one day! I am very impressed with Craig and this dealership. I will definitely be returning when it is time to purchase my next car. More
I had been putting off a front end alignment and tire rotation on my truck, a Ford F350 dually diesel. I made an appointment at Braeger Ford for this work, but when I brought it in, they said it was too big for them to handle, and they sent me across the street to Braeger Chevy. Scott Hansen took me in right away and said he thought they could handle it. The alignment was tough because it hadn't been done in a long time if ever. There was an extra charge for labor, but it was very minimal, and the charge for the tire rotation was very small for what they did. Scott was helpful, personable, knowledgable, and saved me some money. I would not hesitate to recommend that others see Scott for service or repairs. More

I happened to be late for my appointment as I nearly forgot about it. Despite this, I was promptly taken care of when I arrived and my car was serviced immediately. My family will be going on a vacation in july. Seven of us will be driving from Wisconsin to Southern California. I changed the front 3 spark plugs and wires, but the rear ones are a real treat. Scott said no problem, the mechanics changed the rear plugs and wires, changed the fuel filter, did a 2 wheel alignment, and checked out my rear brakes.I called around 3 other dealers before coming here and Braegers price was the same or cheaper than the others. What made me choose Braeger was Scotts friendly and easy to talk to personality. He listened to my needs and met them with my 100% satisfaction.All the Techs that worked on my vehicle hustled to get me on my way.I was in and out in about an hour and a half.I have waited that long to get my vehicle in at other dealerships despite having an appointment! I will be telling others to try them. More

In addition, the service (offered at Braeger) has been abysmal. If you consider an "extended warranty" make sure you read the fine print. You WILL find yourself haggling later, even if the problem ought to have been covered under warranty. If Roman Tylman smiles at you & offers to shake your hand, you're probably being taken. Be wary of ANYTHING he says. If Braeger promises $1.00 oil changes for the life of the vehicle, get it in writing. They will flippantly renege on the promise. Simple advice: Excercise intelligence & avoid Braeger altogether. More
I met Scott when I came in for an oil change. He was very friendly and explained everything to me, and completed my service in a very timely manner. I was very happy with the work that he did, and when I lef friendly and explained everything to me, and completed my service in a very timely manner. I was very happy with the work that he did, and when I left he gave me his direct number and told me to call whenever I needed something. Since then, I have been in to see Scott a couple times, and each time I call he is able to make me an appointment. He always explains what the problem is and what he will do to fix it, and gets my vehicle in immediately without any unnecessary waiting. I would recommend Scott to anyone. More
I bought my vehicle 2005 Range Rover 6 months ago. I purchased the extended warranty. One of my windows stopped working and I was hearing squeaks from underneath the vehicle so I called and made an appo purchased the extended warranty. I took the vehicle in and then I start getting the run around. Now that the vehicle’s there I am now being told I need to look at my warranty to see if these things are covered and per Jeff they would likely not be and if they aren’t then its $90.00 to look at EACH of the described problems PLUS the cost of repair. BUT THIS INFORMATION was NEVER mentioned PRIOR to or at the time of making the appointment. Then to have to get all of this warranty information MYSELF although the dealership should have known this, I find out I have an EXCELLENT warranty and all the problems should be covered. But after he tried to empty my pockets and give me some bullshit story and attitude I would and will NOT EVER now let them touch my vehicle. Next thing you know they will start charging for un-needed repairs and services they didn’t provide. POOR customer service!!!! And probably even WORSE repairs. More

They made me go all the way down there and then still didn't even tell me. I only realized it when I look the the :write up" of why I was there that they have you sign. If I hadn't read it, I would have gotten the oil change and had to pay for it. When I bought the car there, they swore to me I would get the $1 oil change for as long as I owned the car, NO MATTER what. I had also referred several friends that did buy cars from them, which they should be well aware of, but they still couldn't give me the $1 oil change. I drove there all the the way down there when I could have gone somewhere much closer. Needless to say, I didn't get the oil change and will be taking my car somewhere else from now on. To top it all off, they couldn't fix my new car either because they didn't know what was wrong w/ it. I WILL NEVER, EVER REFER ANYONE ELSE THERE. IF YOU ARE READING THIS, STAY CLEAR OF BRAEGER CHEVROLET AND ALL OF BRAEGER. More
