This dealership passed my vehicle with flying colors, not mentioning that my brakes squeak when I drive and my tires are terrible. They didn't inspect the vehicle at all or give me a complementary wash. More

If your brakes are squeaking and your tires are in poor condition, we should have identified these issues during the inspection and notified you. I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you. Regarding the complimentary wash, we understand that this is a small but important gesture that can make a big difference. We apologize that this was not provided to you and we will make sure to include it in your next visit. As for the issue with the purge valve, I apologize for any confusion or miscommunication that may have occurred. We take pride in our work and always strive to provide accurate and effective repairs to our customers. It is concerning to hear that the valve was not replaced, and I would like to investigate this further.
