I had called about a noise my 2023 equinox was making . I had originally took it back to where I purchased it and they were not able to “hear the noise “ when I called Lake Chevrolet the guy that answered I had originally took it back to where I purchased it and they were not able to “hear the noise “ when I called Lake Chevrolet the guy that answered asked me to bring it in and he said he would take a drive with me to see if he could identify the noise. With in 5 min of being in the car he was able to figure out the cause. He then had the issues fixed and the car back to me within 1 hr. Great service!!!!! I will be going here instead of where I purchased the vehicle (Holz) More

I have never had such FANTASTIC service. Caring , friendly, courteous, and professional is Mr. Chad Sandman !! I am a Senior and since My husband died, I have had to deal with car issue Caring , friendly, courteous, and professional is Mr. Chad Sandman !! I am a Senior and since My husband died, I have had to deal with car issues myself . Mr. Sandman made me feel right at home . I hope Lake Chevrolet will keep him a long, long time . Mr. Sandman and his team are a breath of fresh air. They rate a 5 Star in my book !! This will be my go to for any of my needs with my car. Thank you so much for such a comfortable experience !!! Car was not put back together as it was brought in. Had to drive home with a car that could barely steer. Did not have this problem before bringing in. Battery died on the way home. Had to get it towed Had to drive home with a car that could barely steer. Did not have this problem before bringing in. Battery died on the way home. Had to get it towed home and fixed by another company after paying $1900. Unfortunately I would come back or refer anyone to this location. More
