We couldn’t get into one car to test drive because the keys were lost and when they delivered it the next day which was an amazing gestures and we appreciate, it smelt like the previous owner was a smoker and that was not listed or informed on any of the sheets and we are trying to get the smell out of the car because we are allergic to that and the outside of the car was dirty. Overall best car purchase experience minus those two small things More

Roundtree moore toyota sales and service While thier sales dept was great. The service dept really sucks. I spent over 6 hours waiting for my truck to be serviced and they still missed a brak While thier sales dept was great. The service dept really sucks. I spent over 6 hours waiting for my truck to be serviced and they still missed a brake/signal light that was out. Then after 1week and 2days the truck started missing the service manager was rude and hateful with my wife about it and refused outright to fix my truck. Im done with roundtree moore toyota and will no do future business with them again. More
