They went above and beyond to get me in a car that was within my price range and still the model of car I wanted. I was told two days in a row that the car had a lifetime 100,000 warranty. It had 72,000 miles on it. Was also told they would recharge the AC before I bought It (twice different days) and when I came to ge 100,000 warranty. It had 72,000 miles on it. Was also told they would recharge the AC before I bought It (twice different days) and when I came to get it, they did not charge it and instead said that I could bring it in another day. The managers Toney and Mike were not at all helpful and in fact the day I went to pick it up Manager Toney and sales Marissa said they would meet me at the dealership at 3:30 and never showed, finaly the GM got Toney to show up 2 hours later and he didn't even acknowledge me, nor my husband. They were very unprofessional and what's more was the two managers and Sales girl lied several times about the car warranty and meeting me to finalize paperwork. Might I mention they would only do an "even trade" on my 2014 Town and Country for a car that was supposed to be $2,999... you can see in the records that on paper the price was jacked up almost $2000. I'd love to discuss futher about how I was treated and how professional they were. Someone in administration is more than welcome to call me. More

Even though my deal was very difficult Ray hung in there with me till I was in the vehicle that I wanted and not what the bank would put me in. We started out trying to repair our old car. Mitchell was nothing less than fantastic to work with, even though it was ultimately not worth repairing. We ended trading up instead. Buying a car can be stressful. Not so at Rountree Moore. I just purchased a 2019 Subaru Crosstrek Limited from Rountree Moore. Marissa always kept in touch with me and when I met her at the dealership she was very knowledgeable about the cars I was looking at and helpful in getting me into the right car. Graham, the finance manager told me about getting a refund on the warranty I purchased on my old car, a 2018 Rav 4. Had he not told me, I wouldn't be getting a substantial refund from Toyota. That's the kind of service I'm looking for in a dealership. While I find purchasing a vehicle stressful, I'm glad for this seamless experience with Rountree. More
Painless I had been shopping around for a Tacoma for a couple of months, but was unable to find what I wanted for a fair price. Marissa not only located the exact truck I was looking for, but beat the other dealerships prices. At no time was there any pressure or "sales pitch" from anyone at this dealership. The final quote was an out the door price. There was no attempt to tack on other costs when I went to sign the paperwork. I was very happy with this transaction, and would recommend this dealership.
