John Scobie!!! What a guy!! I must say upon arriving to the Toyota lot I was a bit skeptical to leave my Honda and switch over to Toyota. My husband had been trying to get me to I must say upon arriving to the Toyota lot I was a bit skeptical to leave my Honda and switch over to Toyota. My husband had been trying to get me to switch over for years as he only buys Toyota. I was met by John Scobie who took care of me from start to finish. It may have slightly been the accent that convinced me to buy but nonetheless Toyota earned my business LOL! John has also went above and beyond what a "normal" salesman would be willing to do. I have had a few bumps in the road with small things I did not understand about me vehicle or other questions and I have texted John for assistance and he is always so kind and assists each and every time. He even personally scheduled my service appt for me and called me with the date and time. He is the ultimate example of what customer service is truly about and he puts in a lot of effort to ensure the customer is happy. If it weren't for John being there that day I decided to "look" I would not have bought my highlander. So thank you john for 6 years of debt and a beautiful highlander to drive my family around in!!
