Salesman, good, Finance paperwork, great, Mgmt? 😡 My salesman JJ, did well, finance guy Gavin, was the most pleasant experience. The Sales manager, was a bit off an @&&. When it came to finding product, and negotiating to our terms, he did well enough. But when it comes to delivery, it was terrible. I live an hour away, and came to the dealership looking for a Silverado they had in their used lot. The Silverado was listed online like it was ready for sale. When I got there, it was filthy inside, and out. It had a broken side mirror and a huge dent in the bumper. Come to find out it had been listed but not prepared at all for sale. I was not looking to deal with the potential issue of the repairs necessary to take delivery, so I asked to find me another truck on their lot since I made the hour plus drive out there. He found me a Tundra that fit my requirements, that had just been taken in on trade, was told “it’s just a little dirty, the previous owner took immaculate care of it otherwise”. So we worked out a deal and the sales manager was going to send it for a safety check up and a consumable change out (oil, filter, etc..), and a “awesome detail, and we will buff out any scratches you pointed out and anymore you find”. And they gave me a loaner, since they took possession of my trade in. Now fast forward one day, JJ called me to tell me that the sales manager told him the truck was ready to go. So I made the hour plus drive to go and pick up what was supposed to be an Immaculate new truck, in beautiful Jet Black gloss paint. What I picked up was a truck that had been vacuumed halfway, wiped down in what can be best described as average, and ran through an automatic car wash, and ZERO attempts to buff out ANY scuffs or scratches. Look, If you aren’t going to honor something verbally, don’t agree to it. If someone in the position to fix this wants to speak with me, and rectify it, I will gladly retract this review and give it 5 stars. More

We couldn’t get into one car to test drive because the keys were lost and when they delivered it the next day which was an amazing gestures and we appreciate, it smelt like the previous owner was a smoker and that was not listed or informed on any of the sheets and we are trying to get the smell out of the car because we are allergic to that and the outside of the car was dirty. Overall best car purchase experience minus those two small things More

Then after 1week and 2days the truck started missing the service manager was rude and hateful with my wife about it and refused outright to fix my truck.
