He put us in touch with the general manager, Louie, who displayed incredible empathy for our situation and then asked Heather to further help us. They loaned us a vehicle for the weekend free of charge which allowed us to get to a hotel and figure things out. From service to sales, we were blown away by customer service! Money wasted I purchased a 2015 Toyota Corolla not even a week ago with an 80,000 mile warranty. The battery died today and they won’t cover it. I called and spoke to a service representative and explained that we have bumper to bumper insurance and she said the battery is not covered with bumper to bumper insurance. I just had to spend what little money I had left on a new battery because the dealership closed and I need my car for work. More
