Slow service poor service. I have had my new truck there for two days to have a hitch and a bed cover installed way to long to do the work. When I bought my truck the salesman I have had my new truck there for two days to have a hitch and a bed cover installed way to long to do the work. When I bought my truck the salesman said they would call when the receiver and how package was in. After 3 days I am being told the wiring harness 1) isn't in 2, we have the wrong one. Why didn't they wait till they have everything they need before calling? More

After I decided which vehicle was for me, working with Joe to finalize a price and get the car payment range I wanted was great. Normally I do not like dealing with finance managers, however, Dennis made my time in the office exceptional. He truly cares about the customer and not just the sale.
