Best deal on line in the Jackson FL area I had been looking for the truck that I found at RMT for about 6 months. For some unknown reason the Jacksonville dealers feel their Toyota’s are worth $5K more than what the rest of the country sells theirs for. In any event, I found this shortly after it was listed and it seemed like a good deal. After making an inquiry on line I connected with a salesperson who later I found was off that day. But I proceeded to the dealership at her invitation and met another two salespeople who stepped up and took over admirably. We had some negotiations with the sales manager who met with us and made the whole process feel fun with dealing with our tired Expedition we traded. There was a wheel cap missing and they agreed to send the part to me as agreed. There have been a few conversations since the sale and they have been professional and proactive in fixing any issues. All in all this has been one of the best buying experiences I have had in my life; I’ve owed 65 cars in my life now, so I know. These people are pros, and want to sell you a car, without pressure. I would recommend them. More

I made an appointment to look at a Nissan Titan I had seen on line. The truck had everything I was looking for and it was priced to sell so when I had checked it out and test driven it I decided to go ahead and purchase it. I came after work to look at the truck and I live over an hour away so the sales person and finance person stayed a little late to get everything done. They were both great. It's the right truck for the job and the right price so I would definitely recommend Rountree Moore to anyone. More

Bad experience The salesman was OK, but the experience with the finance and management was bad! We had gone in to start a deal, we left but were back in 45 min, howe The salesman was OK, but the experience with the finance and management was bad! We had gone in to start a deal, we left but were back in 45 min, however the time was 2:30 pm and it took till after 6 pm to finish the paper work. The finance guy did not care that we did not want to finance for 72 months, we were putting almost half the deal down in cash, we had to go back the next day and redo the deal to 48 months, witch saved us 0.36 percent over the 72 month rate. Also that the fact that the dealer did a "WE OWE" for a key fob and a tire...the next day I told the dealer to forget the tire...but not the key....my girlfriend and i decided that not hearing about the key fob was just showing that the dealer did not care about the customer after taking so long to even write the deal....would never buy or recommend this or any dealer related to Rountree Moore dealerships!!! More
