Horrible used car experience Used car section was absolutely horrible. Granted I did but a $40,000 vehicle, but the whole process was just bad. Car was not detailed, it still ha Used car section was absolutely horrible. Granted I did but a $40,000 vehicle, but the whole process was just bad. Car was not detailed, it still had stuck food in the cup holders and spilled coffee all over the console. Had to beg them to shampoo the seats. They agreed to fix the AC that wasn't working, but it came back to me semi cool. They had to repaint the hood, and the car came back with overspray all over the roof...and still not detailed or even washed. I had my own financing and the deal still took 4 hours...our sales person was the only saving grace...she did all she could to make me happy...but to no avail More
