I'm caught off guard but I heard it plane as day. Then he repeats it. I don't think he knew that I was behind one of the poles. I made sure to stop by his desk when I was done with my cigarette. After getting the vehicle back, I notice the color for the new bumper does not match the rest of the vehicle. I think the bumper should have been painted to match the rest of the vehicle.
