Altering review as the dealership and its service department have given up on fixing a serious, pre-existing problem. The rear sunroof drains leak. Though they replaced the sunroof, I still had water department have given up on fixing a serious, pre-existing problem. The rear sunroof drains leak. Though they replaced the sunroof, I still had water in my floorboards, though I wasn’t sure the cause. They had it 5 more days and said we can’t get it to leak, it won’t leak, the problem is fixed. I picked it up and brought it home in five minutes had it leaking. The passenger side rear drain is clogged or cracked or I don’t know what, but water pours in the car. Certified used not much help at this point and the trade they offered is for something at full retail, no deal, less features yet $3500 more than I paid. Still hoping to come back and change this review but if not, run away! Run far far away! More
