They let us know they were interested in buying back the Toyota Camry and we could possibly get another vehicle. We went to the dealership and did not expect we would be able to get a newer vehicle. The sales team asked us exactly what we would be happy with. They searched for about 2 days and called us back to let us know they had vehicles for us to come and look at. Again, we did not expect that we would get anything. We ended up leaving with a Ford Edge that had plenty of room for our teenagers, we were very happy and excited! We really enjoyed working with our sales person. Brooke let us know she was there to help us and she acted like she had known us for years. She was very friendly, helpful in finding the perfect vehicle for us, and very understanding of what we wanted. Michael was overbooked the first time we went in so he introduced us to Brooke who took us for test drives. Michael took us for test drives on the day we bought our Ford Edge. Quick prompt service & knowledgable about their vehicles. Salesman James Bryan was quick to get the Tacoma Pro I wanted to their dealership. While the first Toyota dealership I approached located in Ocala wou Salesman James Bryan was quick to get the Tacoma Pro I wanted to their dealership. While the first Toyota dealership I approached located in Ocala would not be proactive in finding the vehicle I wanted, James was quick to find one for me. Also the process only took around 3 hours to sign the papers and make the truck ready which included replacing the original tires with new more aggressive tires. James also went thru the computer system with me & the system has a lot of functions that needed going over. I also have an issue with tire balancing which I am confident this will be addressed this Saturday. I would recommend Rountree Moore Toyota to anyone looking to purchase a quality vehicle. More
