Everyone from the sales person to the sales manager were very friendly and professional. Used vehicle had issues unknown to myself and dealer until after the vehicle was purchased and driven about 50 mile very friendly and professional. After dropping our vehicle off to be serviced and telling them what the problem was and the noises it was making, the problem did not get fixed. Immediately after picking it up and getting in the car to driv them what the problem was and the noises it was making, the problem did not get fixed. Immediately after picking it up and getting in the car to drive it home, it still made the same noise underneath. We turned around and went back in, they gave us a rental car right away to use. The next day when we picked it back up, they said it was a rock in the breaks. We took the vehicle home and the noise was still there. We called Lakes Country and asked to speak to the service manager, he was not in at the time so we were told the manager would call us back the next day. We never received a phone call back from anyone. They were fully aware we had a 2 week road trip coming up with this vehicle. Due to the issues not being addressed, we are now stranded in Colorado while we wait for our vehicle to get fixed in a shop here. Very unimpressed. More
