Dealer claimed I didn't have a problem with A/C controls. I was able to replicate the issue an hour after I left dealership. Same old crap, took a year and 3 dealers to finally resolve a seat issue. We arrived without an appointment to address an issue related to a spare tire for a Tacoma. When attempting to change a flat tire it appeared to us that it was not the correct rim. The service team too related to a spare tire for a Tacoma. When attempting to change a flat tire it appeared to us that it was not the correct rim. The service team took immediate action to explain and show us it was the correct rim/tire. We felt reassured. Then you guys quickly addressed the flat tire, identified the leak and proceeded to fix the tire. We were astonished and very pleased with the exceptional service provided.
