Brought in in and the tech isolated to the turbo charger was leaking oil onto the manifold. They contacted Kimber Creek Ford and they verified that was the problem. Lake Country arranged the repairs through Kimber Creek and it was repaired under warranty. They found the problem, verified the problem and had the problem fixed. Great job More

I bought my car in 2020 and have always been happy with service. I was not for this last appointnent.. it was maintenance for 65,000, all that needed to be done was check all fluids, rotate tires and they service. It should have been no more than 45 minute appt. I was there for 3hrs. There were very few employees in the service dept and finally after 2 hrs, the service advisor checked and said that the mechanic was going thru computer training. IF you are having training, then don’t schedule appointments for that time period! When I finally got checked out, I found that they had changed my oil and it should not have been done, $50 was taken off, but still very disappointing. Also when I had my 60,000 mile maintenance done, I asked if any major things needed to be done, I was told no, but I was told on Friday that the spark plugs should have been changed. Needless to say I cannot give a 5 star rating this time. More
