This visit was the first time that I have been disappointed in the service given at Lake Country Toyota. When the work was supposedly done, I found out that they had not completed the changeout o disappointed in the service given at Lake Country Toyota. When the work was supposedly done, I found out that they had not completed the changeout of the thermostat. Maybe I misunderstood, but I was expecting that work to be done. But all they did was run the test which said that I needed a new thermostat. And that seemed costly at $159. Then, on my way home the warning lights came on saying see your dealer and check your AWD or something like that. I pulled over by Pequot Lakes and called back in to your service center. It was not very helpful and I continued driving. I even made a second call from the road, again not understanding what is going on. More

Did not resolve my transmission problem. Online appointment setter didn't allow for options describing my issue so I had to do it in person when I dropped the vehicle. Something must have got lost in translation between myself, the service attendant, and the service technician. Transmission still fails to shift under the lightest of loading and getting to 60 is a slow process if possible at all. Eventually I may come back or look elsewhere for servicing this issue, but like I said when I came in, it needs to be fixed, it needs to work. They failed me in this. More
