Utterly astonished: pre-conceived notions dispelled! At 60 years of age, I have a marked dislike, not to mention distrust, of car salesmen. Or 'snake oil salesmen' as I think of them. While I tend to remain convinced of this with re to 99.999% of the salespeople out there, this opinion crashed to a halt upon my meeting and ultimately working with Mr. 'AJ' Chandler in the purchase of my new vehicle. Having made his acquaintance, I am somewhat ashamed at how I first treated him. He turned out to be a most extraordinary individual. I am a professional councilor, and believe that I have learned to read people rather well through the decades of my career: this man, AJ Chandler eventually got through my doubts and distrust, and I quickly came to realize that actually CARED (my God, amazing!) that I was well satisfied with the proper purchase to meet my needs. I could willingly type glowing pages of paper re this younger man, but know that many, if not most, purchasers of a new vehicle would be as loathe as I (was) to understand this man's integrity. I whole heartily urge everyone in SE Wisconsin who is contemplating the purchase of a vehicle to do yourself an incredible favor, call and ask for this man specifically, and give him the benefit of the doubt: you should quickly pick up on the fact that this man cares to do a quality service, mutually, for you and his place of business. Words fail me to describe how refreshing and 'real' Mr. Chandler is. Take it as a challenge... ask specifically for this man. I can not say enough about my experience with him. I know not the rules of leaving a review, having never done it before. But I am my word of honor, and will be pleased to affix my name to this review.
