I should not have to go back to a dealership to have an issue corrected. Also should not have to wait over 2 hours to have 4 bolts put on a splash shield that should have been secured when the oil change w issue corrected. We are more than upset that we made the mistake of stopping at Lake Ford when we were in need of a car, because our car had been totaled. We thought they were a caring group since they let us wait unt stopping at Lake Ford when we were in need of a car, because our car had been totaled. We thought they were a caring group since they let us wait until we had a decent down payment for the 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Turns out we now feel that they only cared about getting rid of a beautiful on the outside and nothing but a problem on the inside vehicle. We have had it in for service 5 times in four months. The Check Engine light seems to be the only thing that is always working. Their Used car salesman is now our image of all the bad things said about them. They have put the worst taste in our mouths for ever buying a used car again. We would never go to them to even purchase a new car. There is NO trust in them. We were also told that our price would be $22,000 and that never happened either. More
