I had a problem with another dealership (closer to my home)that wanted me to pay for a factory defect that should have been covered under warranty. They charged me $50 just to look at the vehicle. I tried to talk with management at that dealership and was told the best they could do was cut the price by $100. I contacted Braeger (where I purchased the vehicle) and talked with Brad. I explained the problem and what I had encountered at the other dealership. Brad made no promises but said he would be happy to look at the problem. Brad inspected the vehicle and immediately made arrangements for the problem to be fixed, under warranty. Brad went out of his way to restore my faith in the Ford product. I would recommend Braeger Service to anyone because of Brad. I will also continue to inform others about the way I was treated at the other dealership. More

A COUPLE OF YEARS BACK WE BROUGHT A USED BMW Z3 FROM BRAEGER AND SHANE WAS OUR DEALER, HE WAS GREAT AND WE WERE VERY HAPPY WITH HIS SERVICE AND THE WAY HE MADE SURE EVERYTHING WENT SMOOTHLY FOR US. NOW A COUPLE OF YEARS LATER, MY BOYFRIEND WANTED TO BUY ANOTHER VEHICLE BUT MORE OF A TRUCK OR SUV, SO WE WENT RIGHT BACK TO BRAEGER, WISHING THAT SHANE WERE STILL THERE BUT KNOWING THAT SHANE WAS NO LONGER WORKING THERE. SINCE WE WERE PLEASED WITH THE WAY WE WERE TREATED THE LAST TIME WE WENT BACK TO BRAEGER AND LOW AND BEHOLD ON THE DAY WE WENT THAT WAS THE FIRST DAY OF SHANE'S FIRST DAY OF WORK FOR BRAEGER AGAIN, SO IT WAS KISMIT!!!!! WE BROUGHT AN SUV AND OUR FAVORITE DEALER WAS THERE TO SELL US OUR VEHICLE! IT WAS GREAT DOING BUSINESS WITH SHANE AGAIN AND BRAEGER AND WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH HOW EVERYTHING WORKED OUT!
