We noticed that Braeger had the best selection, with the car options that we were looking for, at the best prices. As soon as we walked in, we were quickly welcomed. We told the staff what we were looking at online and within a few minutes we were out on the road for a test drive. The financing department was extremely helpful in getting us a great interest rate (despite the fact that we don't have the best credit). We now have a fantastic used vehicle and lifetime car washes. Having to stay within a budget that was not going to work out. So Mike and Dan started crunching numbers to see what will work. The Fiesta was almost within reach so my husband and I drove there on Saturday to look at it and also shake Mike's hand for all the work they both have put in this far. While we were there we did notice a used Fusion but we were still in the mind set of leasing so we didn't drive it. Long story short, we bought the Fusion. Mike test drove it for me since I live in the Southwest corner of Waukesha and work in Delafield. He made sure all was in working order (even the heated seats) and that it was cleaned and ready for my purchase on Tuesday morning! A wonderful and absolutely smooth experience and we will be contacting Mike again to purchase a car for our youngest soon! Thank you so much Mike and Dan!! More

He understood my "wish list", and worked with me to satisfy the requirements I was looking for in a vehicle...in the pouring rain, no less. I own three Fords and unfortunately live 40 minutes away or would think about making Braeger my normal dealer - so much better than our local Ford dealer in Kenosha with long waits for service and poor customer service. Job well done Braeger. As with all manufacturing dealers, prices are a little higher than going to a service center - but my first experience with the service center here was very positive. More

In the past my husband had always taken care of this for my car, so I'm a bit distrusting when it comes to this sort of thing. However, since everything is under warranty there was nothing to worry about. Everything I experienced was friendly and relatively quick. I spent a little over an hour waiting for my car to be completed...so not too bad. More

This experience all started because Boucher Ford was unable to help me g This was truly the easiest purchase of an automobile I have ever experienced. This experience all started because Boucher Ford was unable to help me get into a car and we were unwilling to take their final decision then sought out another dealership that had the car we were interested in. We contacted Braeger Ford after searching numerous dealers websites looking for the color/style and options we wanted. Our phone call got us connected with our sales person Mike who was eager to answer all the questions we had about the car. Mike took the time to pull up the website and find the car we were interested in and answered every question and when he wasn't sure he offered to call us back so he could go out to the car and personally verify what options and features were in the car. After he gave us the information we stated that we would call him back as we were still waiting on an answer from Boucher Ford. After Boucher was unable to help us we were ready to give up and call things off. Well the next day Mike took the time to follow up with us (on his day off) to see if we were still interested. We told Mike what had happened at Boucher and he said let me see what I can do. We did the credit app. online and within hours things were moving forward, with Mike and his finance team at Braeger working extremely hard making numerous calls to us working to get things finalized. Less than 8 hours later they called us to say everything is ready to go. They then emailed us the contract for review and it couldn't of been more surprising/satisfying they got us the car we wanted along with our ideal payment and a great interest rate. It seemed too good to be true as less than 24 hours prior Boucher Ford stated there was nothing they could do to get us into our car... but the next words from Mikes' mouth were; when would you like to pickup your new car. A day and a half later we were at the dealership making sure the car was everything they promised and took it for a quick drive, moments after that we were sitting in the finance office signing papers. After a total time of 2 1/2 hours we were driving off in our 2014 Sunset Fusion. After reading my experience I want to express my gratitude for the service our sales person Mike provided. Everything he did was on his day off!!! He never pressured and worked extremely hard at every step of this interaction to make sure we were getting everything we wanted while getting us the best deal possible. Braegers finance team totally hit the ground running and never stopped until the deal was closed. Everyone we interacted with was topnotch and enthusiastic about helping us. After this experience I would recommend Braeger 10 out of 10 times and would personally recommend working with Mike to anyone as he has our business for as long as he wants it! Thank you Mike and Braeger Ford for not only getting us into the car we desired but, for making it so stress free and pleasant.
