This was the first time I have purchased a new vehicle, previously purchased a used vehicle from this same dealership and each time was a very good experience. Buying a new 2013 Escape was much easier tha previously purchased a used vehicle from this same dealership and each time was a very good experience. I didn't plan on purchasing a vehicle the evening I stopped in at Braeger as I just started looking (after doing research on several makes and models). However, after meeting Nick and getting his take stopped in at Braeger as I just started looking (after doing research on several makes and models). However, after meeting Nick and getting his take on the Ford Flex and adding his information to mine, I was 100% decided on a Flex. I never had to deal with dealers before as all of my previous cars were family owned, i.e. hand me downs, but Nick seemed like a very personable fellow. He had answers to all my questions, didn't get mad when I made jokes about American car quality vs. foreign and he was able to work with his resources at the location, which I thought they were all very good too. Needless to say I'm usually one to not "one stop shop" but I though Nick did an outstanding job working with me. Even with kids in tow who were driving me nuts, didn't faze Nick at all. Overall, Nick and the rest of the staff at Braeger Ford - I would highly recommend as a stop on your list of dealers if you are looking for a car. I would put them at the top. I work somewhat with and in a customer service environment at work and Braeger Ford met all my requirements when it comes to customer service. I had an emotional attachment to my old minivan. It served our family well for many years. Nick went over all of the features of my new car with me in a very professional manner. He synced my iphone for me too! I spoke to Heather over a year ago with some question regarding a new Fiesta purchase back in 2011. She spent the time with not only me, but my son with some concerns that we had. His purchase was in North Carolina while he was in the Army (long story she can tell you). This level of service prompted me to come back to this dealership. Heather was also very efficient and thorough with my financing for my vehicle purchase. I had my eye on a Fusion back in 2010 so I have visited this dealership quite a bit in the past. The staff have always been very friendly and helpful with my questions. I was looking for a very specific type of new car and had been looking at different dealerships and comparing prices. I went out to look at the car one night, did a test drive, and discussed financing, and then returned the next night to make the sale. I didn't feel pressured into anything and both Alicia Halvensleben and Santiago Anaya were very helpful in explaining everything and helping me to make the purchase in a way that fit my schedule. I have been very happy with the car since I purchased it and received good follow-up from the dealership. More
