I have purchased 2 cars from them now a mini van and an escape. I have had nothing but great service. I live 85 miles south of Milwaukee, WI. in Illinois. I've been serching for a vehicule on-line, looking for a specific Make, Model, Year and price. It was dificult to find the exact car I was looking for. Wh been serching for a vehicule on-line, looking for a specific Make, Model, Year and price. It was dificult to find the exact car I was looking for. When I finally found the car I wanted it was at Braeger Ford in WI. I contacted the dealer though on-line chat. I was informed that the car was already sold. The dealer was willing to locate another car, same make, model, year and they were willing to offer the same price as the one listed previously. Ford was offering $3000 cash back and on top of that the dealer was offering an additional 20% off. Nick had to located a car by calling and dealing with multiple dealerships, to find the car I wanted. I worked with Nick Strickling thought email and phone over the next couple of days. He was very prompt providing informaiton, replying to emails and returning my calls. I was also set on Ford matching a specific APR%. Once driving 85 miles one way to see the car, it was just as Nick promised. The exact care, make, model, year, price and APR, there were no surprises, everything was agreed to without stepping foot in the dealership. The experiance was wonderful. If need be I would drive the long drive again just for the wonderful service and attention I was given. Thank you Braeger Ford. More
I went to braeger to look at some new vechicles on a Thursday afternoon. I was very unsure on what type of vehicle I wanted to get. I was helped out by Nick Strickling. They didn't have the exact truck I was looking for. The entire time Nick was extremy helpful. He never once acted like I was wasting his time. We went inside to talk to his sales manager Nick Burk to see if they had anymore trucks that fit what I was looking for. Turns out they had one coming in Monday. They called me Monday when it came in. Funny thing is that I changed my mind and decided to get a new car that was a little easier on gas. Lol. When I told them they didn't even hesitate to help me test drive a bunch of different cars. From Chevrolet's to all the Ford's. Needless to say another couple hours of test driving. Nick Strickling helped the entire time. I then decided I needed to go home and think about what I wanted to do. Not once did they make me feel pressured to buy a car. I had a salesmen push and rush me on my last car and it ended up screwing me in the long run. Needless to say both Nicks helped me out extremely. I decided to buy a brand new Ford Taurus and am very happy with my choice. I will recommend all my friends and family to go to braeger and talk to the Nicks. More
Erik was very thoughtful and considerate with my wife, who is disabled and uses a wheelchair. Although we were not in the market for a high-margin vehicle (like an SUV) Erik respected our situation and gu who is disabled and uses a wheelchair. The genuine smile and jovial demeanor of Doug Miles (sale person) pulled me into take a look at the new models of Fords on the lot. I could have left the dealership as I pulled in with my older car. There behind the big windows were about 4 or 5 sales persons assessing my intentions and ready to pounce on me. That is a scary look for anyone skeptical of car dealers to begin with. But, Doug Miles was not one of these sales persons. He was busy somewhere else. That is the sign of a good worker. He showed me the cars I desired. He showed me the higher end as well as the lower end of the models with all their extras. When it was time to talk price, he listened, and took every offer into consideration without trying to demean the offer or myself. The manager, Kyle, also was very friendly, introducing himself after the first offer. He made no demeaning comments either, but merely said that he trusted Doug to help us get the car we wanted. Doug continued to take our offers to Kyle, until we all were satisfied. The woman helping us with getting the financing (I am sorry that I can not remeber her name right now) was very friendly as well. She was also very informative, explaining all the options and what everything we did along the way meant. We knew what we were signing and answered any questions we had. We were very satisfied with the purchase of our new Ford Focus SE (Saphire Red). Had the staff not been genuinely friendly (not everyone can pull this off), and helpful our satisfaction level would have been less, and perhaps more skeptical. Had we been overly pushed by the staff... we would have walked away. Buying a new car can be a frightening experience. Pushy sales staff and secret agendas in bargaining are really not necessary. Doug, Kyle and the financial agent can teach other sales staff much in customer service. More
