From the moment Tony walked up to me in the lot, he was exactly the kind of salesman I appreciate. He answered my questions, let me take my time with the vehicles, and then let the vehicle sell itself, alo exactly the kind of salesman I appreciate. He answered my questions, let me take my time with the vehicles, and then let the vehicle sell itself, along with the customer service, throughout my experience with Braeger. Tony followed up with me a couple times after my first visit, then came in on his day off when I came back for a second(final) look before purchasing my truck. He never was pushy or urgent in his time with me, and it was clear he listened to me as he remembered things from our previous conversations. I would recomemd him to others as a salesman that can be trusted. My exprerience with the finance dept was limited as I paid cash, however, both the women that assisted me were so friendly, courteous and unassuming that I felt completely at ease and confident in my choice of dealers and in my purchase. The only thing that was dissapointing was that when they prepped my truck for pickup they apparently didn't open the cover on the bed as there was dirt and debris that I had to remove myself when I got home. For my part, I assumed it would be clean and did not check it myself before leaving the dealer as I am sure they would have cleaned it upon discovery. Thanks Tony for being patient with me. The sales person (James) and finance person (Heather) were both excellent. They were very friendly and easy to work with. I didn't feel pressured at all to purchase. James spent quite a bit of time going through everything in the car, syncing up my phone, etc. After I purchased the car James followed up to see how everything was going and see if I had any questions. I would definitely recommend Braeger to anyone who is looking to buy a new car. More

Very friendly. Took care of everything including calling my insurance company. They were ready for me when I came to pick up my new car. I was home within an hour! After test driving other makes and finally deciding on a Ford Fusion, my husband and I stopped in at Braeger based on the advice of two of my co-workers. We were lucky that first night because John S. was Ford Fusion, my husband and I stopped in at Braeger based on the advice of two of my co-workers. We were lucky that first night because John S. was working and took us under his wing. I knew exactly what I wanted (or so I thought) and was particular about staying under a certain monthly limit. I was presented with a few autos that were not exactly what I wanted, but were nice just the same. After much thought and discussion, and my multiple visits back to the dealership, we decided that this big of a purchase deserved to be precise, so I made some other requests of John and he was able to meet them while staying in my price range. I now am the proud owner of the exact Ford Fusion that I wanted and at no time did I feel pressured or disrespected due to my changing requirements. Also, my husband enjoyed working with the finance person, Heather, who had an easygoing personality and presentation of facts and figures. More

I was extremely pleased with my overall experience at Braeger Ford. I drove there from over 2 hours away because I was interested in a car I had seen on the internet and because of how promptly Nick had Braeger Ford. He was both courteous and imformative and was a pleasure to deal with. Dan the sales manager was equally as easy to deal with. To tell the the truth, the rest of the staff that were on hand were friendly and helped keep the atmosphere light. I never really love spending money, but my car buying experience there was a 10. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family. More

I called Braeger in the evening just before closing and talked with Nick Burkee. He was very helpful and listen to my questions. He then suggested that I come in the next day at 10:00am and meet with Kyle talked with Nick Burkee. He was very helpful and listen to my questions. He then suggested that I come in the next day at 10:00am and meet with Kyle Serwatka. The next morning I came in and met Kyle. I talked with him and then he introduced me to Rob Kamholz. Kyle gave me a very fair price for my trade-in. Rob answered all my questions and let me take a test drive in the Fussion. I then went home to get my wife and bring her to the dealership and they again treated us very well. We decided on the color and options. They set an appointment for the following morning to sign the papers and pick-up our new car. The next morning we met with Heather Kruse, the Finance Manager, and did all the paperwork. Rob took us to the car helped us load the phone into the Sync system, answered all our questions. It was a very pleasant car buying experience, the best I have ever had. I would recommend Braeger Ford to anyone who wants a pleasant no pressure car buying experience. More

Everyone we met at the dealership was very helpful and polite. Nick's a good guy and very willing to help us anyway He could. Even though I could not get the price I wanted to trade on our 05 Taurus we ju polite. Nick's a good guy and very willing to help us anyway He could. Even though I could not get the price I wanted to trade on our 05 Taurus we just ended up keeping it and leasing without the trade. My wife loves her new "truck" and before I couldn't get her to drive anything larger than the Taurus. If I knew anyone who is looking for a new vehicle I would most certainly refer them to Braeger for the service and ease in the experience. More
