First visit to this dealership. Very clean and spacious! Sitting there for over an hour, I will say I was not given any of the exceptional customer service that I witness the other service advisors give the Sitting there for over an hour, I will say I was not given any of the exceptional customer service that I witness the other service advisors give their customers. Maybe my guy was just having a bad day! I was hoping to find one home for all 5 of my Ford vehicles but I’m going to keep searching. ****Update***** I received a message and a call from the service manager within a few hours of leaving this review. She was extremely nice and listened to my concerns. I appreciate her actually calling which is rare nowadays so thank you for that courtesy. I’m still not sure if Lake will be our home for our other 4 Ford vehicles or our dealer for my dad’s Shelby this February but we’ll see. More

I never really mind taking my truck to lake ford. It always seems like they are always willing to bend over backwards to make things right . From recalls to warranty work . Sometimes I even have stupid always seems like they are always willing to bend over backwards to make things right . From recalls to warranty work . Sometimes I even have stupid questions and they do everything to help me. Compared to alot of the other dealers this dealer is number 1 to me. I could buy from other places , sometimes I even think about it but I always remember how easy it is to deal with these guys . And thats why i stay . The service staff is great and my sales man Nick Sigel is always able to find whatever I'm looking for. I'll be going to this dealer no matter what they change their name too. More
