I was very please with the over all experience. Being from out of town it was very nice to have a ford dealer I could count on and that I didn’t feel I was getting taken advantage of. Craig was up front from out of town it was very nice to have a ford dealer I could count on and that I didn’t feel I was getting taken advantage of. Craig was up front in the repairs and different things that could happen. I was disappointed that I asked for expedited service on parts but they didn’t get there till a day later. Craig took care of that on the final bill so no complaints. More

Service was exceptional and facility was immaculate. Social distancing was easily done. Was able to get an appointment same day. Caleb was very helpful and took care of all my concerns.
