Service Advisor was professional and didn't try to up sell me or rip me off with not needed service. Appointment was scheduled for 7:15 AM but once I got there at 7:10 AM the service advisor told me the sell me or rip me off with not needed service. Appointment was scheduled for 7:15 AM but once I got there at 7:10 AM the service advisor told me the technicians didn’t start work until 8 AM. Didn’t purchase my vehicle here but I’ve been been coming here for service ever since purchasing my vehicle because I didn’t trust the dealership that I bought the vehicle from to do service. Will consider purchasing my next vehicle here. More

I dropped the truck off for oil change, tire rotation and to top off the coolant. Caleb called when it was done. All 3 items were done, truck was washed and windshield wash was even topped off. LAKE Ford has an awesome staff from sales to finance, service, and the body shop. My daughter just leased her 3rd car from there and I leased my 4th.
