Oil change & Tire rotation I went for an oil change and tire rotation and they found nails & staples in my rear tire. Unfortunately the tire couldn't be patched because one of I went for an oil change and tire rotation and they found nails & staples in my rear tire. Unfortunately the tire couldn't be patched because one of the nails was too close to the sidewall. The new tire was put on quickly, and while I spent a little more money than planned, I was pleased with the quick service. Chad kept me informed on every step. More

Scheduling was a breeze, and they got me in and out fast. I took my 2018 Escape in for powertrain control module reprogramming. Scheduling was a breeze. They got me in the same day at the time I needed, and I I took my 2018 Escape in for powertrain control module reprogramming. Scheduling was a breeze. I called, made appointment with Caleb, he greeted me upon arrival, drove into a heated CLEAN space and processed my service r Great customer service. Average experience, recall repair/oil change Even though it's a bit further away, I chose Lake Ford due to recent service issues with my local dealership. The work needed was a recall repair/ins Even though it's a bit further away, I chose Lake Ford due to recent service issues with my local dealership. The work needed was a recall repair/inspection and a full service (The Works) oil change. Lake was able to get me in the day after I contacted them which was a plus. The 'comfort' of the dealership and waiting area is great...clean, comfortable and inviting. The dealership performed the work in a competent manner other than not washing my vehicle even though I'd requested it when I arrived and arranged for the service. After pointing out the error, the scheduler had the service tech wash my truck. Slight oversight but it is the details the differentiate one service provider from another. More

I took my truck for an oil change, a tire rotation and a recall from factory. After waiting for an hour and a half (Estimated time) my name was called to pick up my truck only to find out they did not compl recall from factory. After waiting for an hour and a half (Estimated time) my name was called to pick up my truck only to find out they did not complete the tire rotation which was one of the main reasons for coming into the dealership. I am very disappointed about how this dealership operates and the customer service. More
