Service at Lake Ford Took my Ford Edge in for first oil change a Lake Ford. As with salesman Rudy Johnson, serviceman Chad Sandman was very courteous and helpful in getting process started. He listened to my concerns about dirt buildup around door and assured me it would be checked into. The actual service was quickly performed and I was out a short time later. The facilities at Lake Ford are excellent. Comfortable chairs, TV, beverages, the whole works. I was very impressed with the service and facilities and will be returning to Lake for all my service needs. More
