Unfortunate Experience Had my vehicle serviced at this location. Had a unpleasant experience that has left a bad impression on the quality of service and trustworthiness of Had my vehicle serviced at this location. My vehicle was inspected and when I picked up my vehicle on the drive home a indicator light that I had never seen flashed on the dashboard. I called the service center back to inform them of it. After paying $880 for a minimal AC repair and belt replacement was told that it would be a couple hundred dollars to look at the indicator light. umm... ok. So in the multi-point inspection everything was good no lights nothing after service a indicator light emerges and I now have to pay in less than 10 hours from pick up for another inspection. I called the manager to get thing cleared up. Mistakes happen we are all human. Manager didn’t call me back had the then service rep call me back and say ok bring it in and we will tell you how much it is. Ok. How is that different? so incredibly disappointing. Lost trust, feel ripped off. More

Service I always have fast and great service at Braeger Ford. I brought in my Shelby Mustang and my daughter brought in my 2018 Fusion, it was fast service as I always have fast and great service at Braeger Ford. Flat tire gone wrong Tuesday morning I walked out of my apartment to leave for work. Upon approaching my car I noticed the back driver’s side tire was completely flat. Kno Tuesday morning I walked out of my apartment to leave for work. Upon approaching my car I noticed the back driver’s side tire was completely flat. Knowing my car was still under warranty I didn’t want to chance changing it myself and voiding the warranty so I contacted Ford roadside assistance. I waited TWO HOURS for the tow truck to come and tow me to Braeger and another hour for my car to be looked at and (hopefully!) have the tire patched. The service associate came and told me that I needed a entirely new tire which needed to be ordered. I asked him if the car was okay to drive without a new tire and he condescendingly said ‘well you already drove on it flat and that’s why you need a new tire’. Funny because AT MOST the car was driven 20 feet while the tire was flat- to get on and off the tow truck. My tire pressure gauge never showed my tire as flat or low pressure at all before that morning. I asked if they had a rental and they did not, so I had no choice but to wait an additional 3 hours before my car was finally done. I really thought it was going to be covered under the warranty but the $250 charge was a slap in the face and the wallet. If I would have known that I would have had the car towed elsewhere. I had taken the car in 2 months ago to get a clicking noise checked out and shockingly since the tire was repaired the noise has too even though they said that was caused by rotors needing to be filed. I’m betting this whole flat tire fiasco could have been avoided if they would have really looked at the car when I took it in in June. More
