Shuttle service Was told on the phone that there was shuttle service. I was the told by the shuttle driver, when he drop me off, that he couldn’t do any more pickups Was told on the phone that there was shuttle service. My digital speedometer reads 3 miles higher than my analog. I was told this is an acceptable range and that nothing could be done about it? How is that possible? When I went to pick up my truck at 5:30, there was only 1 person working the service counter and I had to sit and wait while the customer in front of me argued about not being able to pay with a check. Not a great first experience. More

Service tech changed dash to metric with recall software Ford recall for transmission software update reverted dashboard to Metric settings, wrong time , and loss of dash indication of which forward gear the Ford recall for transmission software update reverted dashboard to Metric settings, wrong time , and loss of dash indication of which forward gear the truck was running. Previously when purchased as a used vehicle, the interior was not cleaned at all. It still had various junk, dirt, coins, etc still inside and in the truck bed. Everything is upcharged Too expensive. They have too much overhead to take care of and it comes out in service pricing. $530 for a blower fan. Three other places quoted under Too expensive.
