Prompt excellent service I brought my Focus in for factory recall, this was for the d oor latches. I asked if there was a recall on a transmission problem for the same vehicl I brought my Focus in for factory recall, this was for the d oor latches. I asked if there was a recall on a transmission problem for the same vehicle. Service writer stated they could do a shutter test the same day and would take extra time. He quoted me 3 hrs. Both services were done in 2 1/2 hrs. Parts were ordered and I brought my vehicle about a week later for the transmission service. Satisfied, but I have been going there for over a year, bought my car there. I am always satisfied but this last time they fixed my heater core and the dash is prett I have been going there for over a year, bought my car there. I am always satisfied but this last time they fixed my heater core and the dash is pretty scratched up along with the inside door. I rented a car because it was a big job plus they had to order a part it was a week. They reembursed most of the money I spent on the rental.I was very pleased with that.Thank you.Craig called me a few times to let me know what was going on.Very nice and helpful. More
