Great Dealership I bought my new F150 from Braeger Ford and was so pleased with my dealing with everyone from the salesman to finance manager and even taken to service I bought my new F150 from Braeger Ford and was so pleased with my dealing with everyone from the salesman to finance manager and even taken to service department to get introduced to service manager. I daughter was looking for a new car a few months and I sent her to Braeger Ford where she also bought a car. I will be looking to replace my truck in the future and will go back to Braeger when it is time. More

Very informative however not pleased with results Gena was very informative on my rust issue quarter panel Ford Escape 2012 however, Ford's policy would not repair the issue at no charge. My thought this is a manufacturing problem direct with Ford and they should stand by name. The rust issue is a common occurrence with Ford Escapes. and they should be held liable. Gena approached this issue professionally and answered all my questions but her hands were tied. More

Excellent Service Braeger Ford service is the best. I did not feel pressured, and felt like I got the best deal for excellent work. Great Service I just wanted to say that I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Braeger Ford,. I was due for tires which became apparent when one of I just wanted to say that I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Braeger Ford,. I was due for tires which became apparent when one of my tires blew out on the way to work. I contacted Nick Strickling at Braeger. He was great! He helped order the tires I needed and worked with my schedule to get me in fast. Saved me even more time and hassle by getting my oil changed at the same time that my car was in for the tires. I got a great price and great service! Plus someone extra pleasant and super helpful to work with. You can't ask for anything more than that. Thanks, Cindy Stein More

Horrible service Took my Dodge Durango to be serviced. I was told the problem my truck was having could be one of five different things. The service department couldn't figure out what was wrong with my truck and instead of telling me that they just try to fix a bunch of things that didn't need fixing. My truck was there for over a week and they didn't fix anything! I would not recommend Breger ford to anyone whether it be purchasing a car for servicing the car. Horrible, horrible service and rude technicians and management staff! More

You were a gentleman and the way you intruded and investigated me to find out if I was a responsible individual was the proper manner all young business men aught to learn and do. I wanted you to make a sale and you wanted me to get the Escape. You worked it out with your manager and your manager trusted me through you. That's the way to ensure a sale! You were intrusive but not aggressive. You can teach other young business men with your experiences. And most importantly, I will conduct my sons and others to see you. You go, go, go! Ford is a great car automobile business. There is no reason why Americans are buying foreigns vehicles when America makes the best vehicles in the world! More

No service Purchases a 2010 Ford Escape new during the cash for clunkers deal. Was given free oil changes for the life of owning the car. Went for the 2nd oi Purchases a 2010 Ford Escape new during the cash for clunkers deal. Was given free oil changes for the life of owning the car. Went for the 2nd oil change and was told they no longer offer that service instead I can have free car washes. So, my air conditioner never worked properly and I would stop in to show them that it wasn't working. Then I'd make a service appointment and it would begin to work before they could service it. In 2012 they did replace the condenser and drier @29,293 miles. Last July 23rd I took it to a different Ford dealer because the air wasn't working again (49,333 miles) and was told that my air conditioner was shot and it would be $3000.00 to fix as it was no longer under warranty In the mean time I purchased a Ford Mustang convertible and just drove that April thru October. I sometimes need a bigger car and decided to pursue getting the air fixed. When I called The Ford Co. this week, I was told that I needed to go to Braeger because they've worked on it in the past. Braeger (Jesse)says "you're not coming here for your oil changes so you're not a customer, therefore why should we help you! I'm going to replace the Escape, but it won't be with a Ford! I wasn't even looking for Ford to fix it for free, I just wanted a break on the $3000. cost! More
