I had "The Works" done because my car reached 35,000 miles and it was due. Jim was the Customer Service rep that I had and he was the nicest man. The work on my car was done in a timely manner at a re miles and it was due. Jim was the Customer Service rep that I had and he was the nicest man. Hello. I recently took my 2000 Ford escape to the lake dealership for an oil change and lube, a tire rotation, a multi point inspection, and the most recent I recently took my 2000 Ford escape to the lake dealership for an oil change and lube, a tire rotation, a multi point inspection, and the most recent recall on my car. The recall dealt with a bushing, and that notice came directly from Ford about the recall. my service advisor that day was Craig. He was very kind and helpful. The work was done on my car in an expedient manner, and Craig advised me along the way of the outcome, and of my need for a new set of tires in the near future. When I went to pick up my car, I was so very surprised that it was clean as a whistle. The dealership ran it through a car wash, and it looked fantastic. I had no problems that day, everything went very smoothly. More
