I can honestly say that I've never had a bad experience getting service done at a Ford dealership up until now. This must be the dealership that Ford sends their trainees to. I guarantee you will leave wit getting service done at a Ford dealership up until now. This must be the dealership that Ford sends their trainees to. I guarantee you will leave with more problems than you had before. And then they will have the audacity to ask you to bring it back in so they can run more tests. The commission breath is real. Avoid this place if you care about your car. More

I never received the phone call I asked before the repairs were completed. Also, I question whether the alignment was even performed. After paying for and picking up the car, I told the service adviso repairs were completed. Also, I question whether the alignment was even performed. After paying for and picking up the car, I told the service advisor it was still driving the same and asked him for the before and after settings report, to which the advisor said “they threw it away” leaving me with no way to be sure the alignment was even performed. I am unhappy with the service I received during this visit and will be contacting the department to discuss further. More
