The tech that serviced my truck has no idea how an F-250 works. The tires were rotated but the air pressure is reversed. Front tires are 17 lbs over and rear tires are 7 lbs under. The tech also doesn’t know how the side view mirrors work and physically wrenched open the drivers side mirror instead of hitting the automatic button (passenger side was still folded, thus my evidence of that). I can only guess as to the long term damage that caused. Fortunately they are still operational My truck wasn’t taken into the garage until a half hour after my appointment time and I spent over an hour and a half for a simple oil change and tire rotation from an untrained tech. One star, guys. One star. The service writers are great at their jobs. That I can say is the positive. More

8 weeks ago had my oil changed at Lake Ford, next morning 12" diameter of oil on my garage floor. had to bring it back. Fast forward to this week Monday. In for the right tail light lens filling with wa 12" diameter of oil on my garage floor. had to bring it back. Fast forward to this week Monday. In for the right tail light lens filling with water. Was replaced with new one under warranty, only the have it loose and rattling when driving on the way home, I took it apart and found the plastic gromet missing in the body to secure it. Called and had Chuck check the old light and indeed the gromet was still on the old light, again had to return to get the missing part, and I installed it myself in your parking lot. I'm very glad I don't need engine work. And if I did Lake Ford would be my last choice for service. More
