Service was average but I had to keep informing the advisor of the Ford points and other discounts that I was eligible for. I also asked the advisor about a light that was not working and it never go advisor of the Ford points and other discounts that I was eligible for. I also asked the advisor about a light that was not working and it never got repaired. The service was fair but very basic. Bare minimum. The positive was the waiting areas are very comfortable and accommodating. Lake Chevrolet across the street is much better as far as service. Lake Ford could use a little fine tuning. Might be possible that they were busy or maybe the advisor was having a bad day. I was also disappointed as a customer that I had to pay $80 for a diagnostic for a bad shock. I’d figured since I’ve been a customer for years, bought the extra extended warranty and it’s a Ford certified car that something like that at least would’ve been less expensive to look into. More
