Service was excellent. Caleb is friendly and respectful. He helped me reset some things on my dash and was very patient with me. Then he took my car in for servicing that was scheduled. No real problem with the dealership. I did want to get a quote a while back for a trade in in my car to upgrade models and the sales person never got back to me. I also think the service department pric a quote a while back for a trade in in my car to upgrade models and the sales person never got back to me. I also think the service department price gauges repair costs and that the mechanics are not very experienced. I’ve had issues with large bills when the initial problem wasn’t fixed and went else where for repairs on my older car. I doubt I would buy another car from the dealership but will continue to take my newer car for service. More
