Very disappointed and let down by the communication and customer service as we were not told our window operator was not under warranty and we would pay a diagnostic fee for “30” minutes ( highly doubt it customer service as we were not told our window operator was not under warranty and we would pay a diagnostic fee for “30” minutes ( highly doubt it even was diagnosed 5 min) about a window switch that was going to cost $300— all while dealing with a smart toned service girl saying it should have been $150 for the diagnostic but she cut it in half thrn said “ I’ll find a way to pay it if you don’t want to pay it…. We DID pay it but we were very very very disappointed and let down. Before that visit we recommended y’all to so many. But that day really left a bad taste in our mouth how we were treated. all to come home, take apart, and wipe it ourselves and it works great. More
