I was deceived/scammed out of an optional service that cost $700 when purchasing my vehicle. When I was in the office with Don Estlung, I asked about this service when handed a brochure. He replied it wa cost $700 when purchasing my vehicle. When I was in the office with Don Estlung, I asked about this service when handed a brochure. It was a totally optional service, and they threw it in when I did not ask for it nor did they disclose it. Completely fraudulent dealership and I would not buy a vehicle here again. More

The service manager is not trustworthy won’t even call u for any updates on your vehicle. Got a truck that has been in there for 7 weeks and is still not fixed. Big mistake letting Lake Keowee Ford do an oil change for my 2021 F250. I backed the truck out of my garage after letting it sit for several days, oil everywhere below the front of the truck! As I had an imp my 2021 F250. I backed the truck out of my garage after letting it sit for several days, oil everywhere below the front of the truck! As I had an important trip using the truck planned for several weeks, I panicked and immediately checked the oil level. Empty per the oil dipstick. I called the Lake Keowee Ford service department, put on hold, and then finally got the service rep. I asked for a tech to come to my house ASAP with a case of oil, the answer was NO. I asked for Keowee Ford to send a tow truck as I was afraid to drive the truck with no oil - the answer was NO. I had to get Ford Roadside Service to come get it. The tow truck did not arrive until the next day. My trip with the truck had to be cancelled. The excuse at the Lake Keowee Ford service shop was 'we made a mistake'. My concern is now having a damaged engine needing full repair in the future with no support from Lake Keowee Ford. No support to clean up oil on my floor as promised also. Unbelievably bad service on a $60k+ vehicle.  More
