Worked with Dustin on buying a new Edge. Decided to buy one that the dealer had on order and it took about 5 weeks for it to come it. Dustin kept an eye out for it and kept us informed on it. Overall we had an average experience. We felt mislead, but management did their best to make it right . We enjoyed the customer service we received from Phil.
