This dealership was very easy to deal with as far as having what I was looking for and getting me the financing I needed. My only problem is the condition of the color of the car. There is discoloration on the back drivers side bumper. So far this has been brushed of as normal because it’s plastic. So now I’m waiting to see if Ford will address it and try to fix it or just say I’m out of luck because I drove it off the lot in that condition. More

Took my car back up there due to the clicking and popping sound i heard. The same sounds i heard before when i took it up there twice before for the CV axle to be replaced. I brought this 2017 Ford Escape br sound i heard. The same sounds i heard before when i took it up there twice before for the CV axle to be replaced. I brought this 2017 Ford Escape brand new. This time they told me that it was CV joints and struts that need to be changed and it was going to cost $1,900 I can be done in one day when they kept my car the first time over a week and a second time in the day and they fixed it the first time cuz it was still under warranty and this time they telling me it's not going to cover under warranty because it was 36 months only on it that was costing $1,900 took it to another mechanic and he said that's not what was wrong with it it was still the CV axle it was a CV axle that was not changed at all that was supposedly change at the dealership under warranty I'm very disappointed in these people because I have I was taking my car is in and I put my trust in them with my kids in the car with them with their life in my life and they did not do their job that they were paid to do More
