I cannot say enough good things about this dealership !!! Eddie in sales, Steven sales manager, service department manager and all the folks behind the scenes. I bought a 2018 F150 Power Stroke diesel in Dec Eddie in sales, Steven sales manager, service department manager and all the folks behind the scenes. I bought a 2018 F150 Power Stroke diesel in Dec. In April the sun roof messed up. I contacted Steven he immediately got me scheduled to bring the truck in (it was covered under the extended warranty that I had purchased.) I love in NC and they had a loaner car ready for me that same day. They kept the truck for 3 weeks while allowing me to keep the loaner for that whole time. While the truck was at the dealership, they took care of the 4 recalls that were out, changed the motor for the windshield fluid, changed the oil. They went ABOVE AND BEYOND. I asked about getting me in touch with a good detail shop in the area but they did even better. They scheduled to have the detailing completed before the truck was ready for me to pick it up. When I picked it up last night, it looked better than t did the day I drove it home for the first time!!!!! Fast Friendly and definitely customer service orientated. I will for sure buy my next vehicle from these folks !!!!! More
